Seniornett is a voluntary, non-profit and party-politically independent organization with the aim of strengthening digital competence among seniors. The organization can be found all over the country, where the various local associations offer courses and training to members. Seniornett offers telephone help and can via Teamviewer help members directly on their own PC. Everyone who is a member of the organization receives a magazine, which addresses various problems that may arise in the various units one often has, 3 times a year.

Average age of 80 years
To create the magazine, which is sent out to members, they have put together a group of seniors where the oldest is 90 and the youngest is in his 60s. Seniornett has chosen to keep the average age of the magazine group high, since they are part of the target group and therefore know what should be informed about in the magazine.

Moved the collaboration to Teams
When COVID-19 broke out, they had to move all of the collaboration to Microsoft's collaboration platform teams. The magazine group, who were used to physical meetings, handled this very well. Seniornett receives the service BRA 365 Workplace and network operation from us, which allows them to work from anywhere and anytime.

- We quickly turned around and moved everyone to the home office. The magazine group managed to carry out the meetings across Teams well and has during the time in the home office made two magazines. We had full access to what we needed via the cloud, says Kirsten Moe, who is office manager in Seniornett.

Furthermore, Moe says that Magasingruppa required some assistance in how they could use Teams and the various functions in Teams, but that today it works very well.

- They are around 10 pieces, some of which are fairly new, but several have been involved since the start in 1999, says Moe.
