The company announces today that an acquisition of Braathe, one of the country's largest family-owned companies within IT operations and consulting services, has been registered with the Norwegian Competition Authority.

Braathe has 10 departments and 150 employees across the country, and together the companies will have a turnover of NOK 1,7 billion in 2024.

The acquisition is included in iteam its long-term strategy of being a leading supplier of global technology, and the companies share a common vision of local presence and deliveries of secure and innovative IT solutions to businesses across the country.
