For many years, we have been praised for our support service, and we are very proud of that. Support is something we include in all services - and for good reason. We want you to be confident that you will receive an answer as a customer with us. With many wonderful colleagues on the team, we have solved both small and large problems for our customers. Sometimes with remote control, some over the phone, and a lot by email.

We wanted to take it a step further. So that you can immediately see where to contact us when you need us, and that it will go quickly. The chat is for the simple things: if you can't land in, tips about a service or if you want good advice from a customer advisor. This is what chat is for!

You can find the chat in the bottom right corner at braathe.no spring. This applies to both mobile and PC. In the image below, you can see how the icon looks.

No robot here, just real people

You can completely relax. We do not launch a robot to answer you. It's still us, Braathe- the people who will take care of your questions. You will greet a selection of people who follow up the chat steadily during working hours. Both support and sales are available. The goal is for you to have even easier access to us, while at the same time the answers can come to you all the faster. We want you to get on with your working day - not get stuck with us. 

The chat is easily accessible on our website, and you can choose between support and sales when you start the dialogue. Then just start writing. The solution may be closer than you think.

If you are wondering about technical things and probably need more comprehensive answers - then it is better to send us an email at support@braathe.no. That way, we can help by remote control or calling you. Whatever happens, we will solve it together.
