What exactly is sustainability?
Sustainability is basically about creating solutions that meet today's needs, while we do everything we can to create a future that is just as good for future generations. The UN's sustainability goals set the guidelines for how we work with sustainability Braathe Gruppen. We want to contribute to achieving the UN's sustainability goals and focus in particular on two areas:
• Sustainability goal no. 12, which deals with responsible consumption and production
• Sustainability goal no. 13 which is about stopping climate change
We challenge existing products and services and work continuously to find more sustainable solutions where climate and environment, economy and social conditions are in focus.
The sustainable cloud
We replace old IT with new, and take you up in a sustainable cloud. By replacing hard drives, memory sticks, tired systems and overheated servers in the basement, a lot will happen. Not only will you be more environmentally friendly within your equipment park, but you will also replace a good number of climate footprints by creating a fully digital workplace. Decrease in heat emissions
We cool your data in a sustainable way. How do we do that? Well, that's one of the benefits of having a headquarters on a large farm. We have created our very own free cooling system by using ground cooling. So that all the heat data emits is handled in a sustainable and climate-friendly way. That way, you are more sustainable just by becoming part of our data center.

Travel and climate footprint become software and Teams
The last year has taught us that travel, whether in the form of a car, train or plane, is most likely not as necessary as we thought. With the right software, meetings and projects can be carried out just as easily, with only almost 0 percent of the climate footprint. We think this is fantastic - and we hope even more people use software such as Teams, Sharepoint and several others.

Rent, instead of own
The equipment park at work is always a nut. Some months you have enough equipment, sometimes too little and sometimes too much. This creates both curl and cost in you and potentially more waste than necessary. That is why we have put the circular economy into practice in our services. Our choices affect
Everything we do affects, and therefore we are very conscious in our choices. We therefore set high environmental requirements for our suppliers, at the same time as we set high standards for our own routines and handling of waste and recycling. We have also had a decline in our own energy consumption, and we look forward to continuing with it.
