Make yourself more accessible

Can you land in from anywhere? Then we talk about everything from the train to the cabin to the office. If so, great job. If not, then we recommend investing both time and money in it in the autumn.

Accessibility is so important. The pandemic may be over, but it has changed our habits. Changed how we take in information, seek creativity and meet each other. It requires tools that facilitate it.

So how can you become more accessible? Fortunately, we have an answer to that. There are different degrees of availability. The one we like best is where you can start a document in Word on your PC and from the start it's automatically saved to the cloud that you can access from anywhere. Wouldn't that be lovely? We have several options for that as well, and you can read more about everything here: Digital Workplace.

Facilitate seamless communication

Do you find that your mailbox fills up a little too quickly? We too. Teams has become our go-to for getting answers to things that could potentially have ended up in the inbox before the pandemic. This has been an important change in our communication culture.

How do you use Teams? We recommend thinking it through. Everyone is different. Maybe some universal "rules" for what goes where is a good idea?

With us, Teams is the place for simple clarifications, asking questions we forgot to ask in the meeting, rating the food in the canteen, updating a project and sharing files quickly.

Has the entire organization not recovered from Teams? Maybe it's time. Read more about Microsoft's tools.

Build systems designed for your company

Cinderella's shoe didn't fit everyone. Naturally, not all systems will either. Sometimes you need systems built in whole or in part from scratch that are tailored for you and your colleagues. Have you considered it as a solution? We recommend doing so. Then your IT harvest will fly by, but you will be left with a lot on the other side.

Last autumn, we helped the estate agent chain Re/Max with just such a system. They needed an intranet that facilitated better communication between their offices. We then built a system with elements that exist, and with our own solutions to easily facilitate the estate agents' use. Read more about it here.

Your time is valuable - avoid frustration

Time flies. And the last thing we want is for you and your colleagues to spend time frustrating each other. Whether it's because the wifi won't connect, the printer is "unavailable" and the important file was saved on the desktop but not in the cloud. Because it doesn't help when you're in the middle of it.

That's why we write help articles like this one. We want to help you. Because we have an overview of which tools are out there that enable you to avoid frustration. Let your IT tools work with you every step of the way. In our eyes, IT should be worry-free!

Would you like to have a chat about how you can avoid frustration and lost time? We are always free. Send us a sound by entering your email or contact us directly at sales@braathe.no. We hope these tips were helpful!
