  • Every day, Norwegian companies experience attacks via email, SMS or other channels. This is very unpleasant, and attacks from unknown quarters can be very dangerous. The attacks are mostly random and therefore you can be next on the list.

What is the price for an IT supplier?

Previously, we have told what a company with under 50 employees should have in its technological equipment park. You can read about that in this BLOG post. Now we will take a closer look at the actual costs for these services and this equipment. The examples use our own prices where relevant, and aAll prices in the following paragraphs are stated without VAT and establishment costs.

Spoiler alert: Having an IT supplier costs from NOK 11 per employee, per year if we take our minimum prices as a starting point. You can multiply that by the number of employees you have, and you will get an idea of ​​what their monthly costs will be.

365 Workplace

Price: From NOK 575/month x 12 months = From NOK 6900 per employee, per year.

365 Arbeidsplass gives you a complete cloud-based IT solution, including Microsoft 365 which we all know well. A modern workplace most likely uses collaboration tools such as Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and easy file sharing with OneDrive for Business, among others. Device as a Service (PC equipment for rent)

Price: From NOK 390/month x 12 = From NOK 4680 per employee, per year.
The price is based on a standard work PC called ThinkPad L14 from Lenovo.

With "Device as a Service" from us, the PCs you need are delivered as a service with a fixed monthly price per user, with no commitment period. Our clear recommendation is that you should own what increases in value and rent what does not. Price: Wifi from NOK 320/month + Firewall from NOK 700/month x 12 = NOK 12 per year.
*The price is based on our smallest packages of up to 50 units. That means approximately NOK 245 per unit.

Price: Depends on the size of the company and complexity. 

There is no fixed price for the journey to the cloud - and we understand that it can be a bit difficult when you have to calculate your IT costs. The positive thing is that if you have first completed the journey to the cloud, the heaviest (and often most expensive) job has been completed. After that, you must maintain and ensure that you maintain the routines that are set early in the process. We take care of the rest!
