How to create a good safety culture?
To begin with, it is important that the management of the company is aware of what safety culture is and how to secure their workplace in the event of a situation. The managers are responsible for ensuring the information security of the company and must therefore be updated with the latest knowledge and prove to be a good example to the employees. By being a good example and clear on how you want the safety culture to be in your business, your employees will take care of your good behavior. Many do not learn from the stories of others, and rather think "this does not happen to us". It is important to learn from events that arise and stories that are shared. Take the time to learn, set up good routines and pass on knowledge to the employees.
