They will show you the Copilot technology and what LLM (Large Language Models) can mean for you. They will also show you the functionality, content and licensing of the portfolio.
2. VALUE AND PREPARATION
The main job of the workshop together with our AI expert is to show you 1. what you can get out of Copilot and 2. what preparations you should make for the best possible start. Our experts have a checklist for you to take home.
3. USER ADOPTION
How to get your people to become good users of Copilot? Together with our experts, we discuss how you can get the most out of AI, and we look at how user adoption can be done in a neat, clear and motivating way. They will also explain why you should look at everything from access management and control to security.
4. ACTION
In the last step of the workshop, we agree on action points that your business can work on to prepare for Copilot. Once the measures are implemented, we can activate Copilot for Microsoft 365 on the users who want to use it. If you want to run it on parts of the organization before everyone gets it, that's fine. We recommend spending plenty of time on training so that users can see the value of the additional service. Gradual increases in the number of users can be easily done. If desired, we can also contribute to both training and routines when Copilot for Microsoft 365 is activated.
