1. INTRODUCTION

At your own pace, you can read up on everything called AI. We've written a lot about Copilot for Microsoft 365 so far, and we can promise there's more to come. As an introduction, we recommend starting here: Copilot

If you have questions about AI and Copilot for Microsoft 365, just ask our AI expert, Espen Alexander Bjørkmo, when you meet him at our workshop. He shows you what Copilot for Microsoft 365 has to offer before you move on to mapping and data cleaning. 

2. MAPPING

The main job in the workshop together with our AI expert is to find out what it takes to get ready to use Copilot for Microsoft 365. Espen has a checklist for you to go through, and together you find out where the shoe presses. What you should look at are routines, data storage, security and access internally and externally. 

3. IMPLEMENTATION

After the workshop, you will receive a report with recommended measures to be completely ready for Copilot for Microsoft 365. Some of the measures can be done together with us and some alone. How long this will take depends on how many measures should be implemented.

4. ACTIVATION

Once the measures have been implemented, we can activate Copilot for Microsoft 365 for those users who wish to use it. If you want to run it on parts of the organization before everyone gets it, that's fine. We recommend spending plenty of time on training so that users can see the value of the additional service. Gradual increase in the number of users can be easily done. If desired, we can also contribute in both training and routines when Copilot for Microsoft 365 is activated.
