About PC Buy and Rent

This service description covers conditions and delivery when purchasing a PC or renting a PC from the Supplier. The service description applies to both the purchase of a PC, rental of a PC and special provisions for each of the delivery methods.

Terms and conditions

General terms

The service is delivered under the current General Terms and Conditions as published on the Supplier's website if the customer does not have another agreement that regulates matters when purchasing or renting a PC. If there is a conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and this Service Description, this Service Description takes precedence.

Cloud agreement, SSA-D agreement

If there is a valid ongoing agreement between the parties of the type Cloud Agreement or SSA-D type agreement, the agreement takes precedence over this Service Description in the event of a conflict.

Other Conditions

PC Rental service is delivered in accordance with the terms of the Supplier's current Service Description «Support» as published on the Supplier's website.

-Installation of the Customer's professional applications according to specification
-Customization of PC
-Customization of PC for direct login
-Customer maintenance and customized preparation routine for new models

Shipping Shipping to the Customer will be added upon delivery

SLA for PC Rentals

Hardware and OS error correction The supplier is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and OS errors on Rental PC. Error correction is normally performed as remote control of the user's PC. In some cases, the equipment must be returned to the Supplier for repair or replacement.
Preparation after error correction Free standard preparation as a remedy for disk change or other incidents.
Replacement equipment In the event of faults that require repair, the Supplier will soon send out new equipment by post or upon delivery. The customer returns the defective equipment.
Warranty administration The supplier is responsible for warranty handling and repair of the units including necessary parts.
Change of equipment The customer can change equipment and models during the rental period. Establishment fee will be added in case of change.
Shipping during the rental period The Supplier covers shipping to the Customer in connection with repairs. The customer covers return shipping upon submission in connection with. termination, replacement or repair.
Establish a new business Establishment fee for PC Rent is charged with the equivalent of 1 month's rent.
Binding time There is no lock-in period on PC Rentals.
Invoicing rentals Rent is invoiced in advance 3 months at a time.
Minimum rent Minimum rent is 3 months with Establishment in addition.
Purchase The customer can at any time purchase rented equipment at the Purchase Price stated below, but never less than the corresponding 3 monthly rents.
Purchase price (36 monthly rentals) - (Number of monthly rentals where the equipment has been rented) + (3 monthly rentals)

Other terms PC Rental

Loss or damage

In the event of loss and / or damage in addition to wear and tear during normal use, the Customer is responsible for replacing the rented equipment. Compensation corresponds to the lower of the repair cost or the Supplier's standard purchase value at the time of loss / damage.

The customer is responsible for insuring the equipment if desired.

The Customer shall report loss or damage to the Supplier in writing without undue delay.

Termination and termination

Upon termination of PC rental, the Customer shall send written notice of termination to the Supplier. The rental period is considered to have ended when the equipment has been returned to the Supplier. Return of rented equipment shall only take place through traceable mail or shipping. Any balance that has been invoiced in advance accrues to the Contractor.
