You have probably heard of ISO certifications before. For more and more companies, certifications are a natural part of the year's tasks. Where the goal is to either acquire completely new certifications or to renew certifications the company already has. Therefore, they must constantly ensure that qualifications and requirements are met. 

So why have we worked to get our ISO certifications? There are many. Firstly, we want you to be able to trust that we are a serious player who sets high standards for ourselves. Both to what it's like to work with us, and what it's like to collaborate with us. Secondly, ISO certifications are a proof and a seal of security for you who are looking for a good supplier.

For us as a total IT supplier, our customers are very varied and from different industries. The requirements for a supplier can also be different - and not everyone has discovered what it means to have ISO certifications on their list. Then it is good for us to be able to show the quality marks the certifications have given us.

ISO: International Organization for Standardization

ISO is an organization and a term which implies that processes within a company are standardised. In this way, it will be the same in various areas for everyone who carries out a certification process. So that when we meet you as a customer, this is a stamp of quality that is always our foundation. We take your trust seriously.

Certification requires a lot of resources, and is a time-consuming process. That is why we are extra proud of the four certifications we have. We believe the certifications can create trust in us as a supplier because we as employees in Braathe always working to get better. That way, we can ensure you a worry-free IT everyday, every busy day!

 

So to the most important thing: What does it really mean to you that the supplier you choose is certified?

We have many good reasons for that. 

  • Choosing us will mean continuity og predictability in the collaboration. There is no automaticity in ISO certifications. And just like students, we also have to sit for exams every year to ensure that the certifications remain. We then submit our guidelines, processes and procedures to prove that everything is carried out at an optimal level. This requires hard work and we therefore have our own Braathe-people who stick to it. The assessments of whether we deserve the certifications are always made by a third party.
  • Choosing us will mean hay standard and worry free IT. Through the ISO 9001 Quality Management certification, we have presented how we work to have a high degree of customer satisfaction each year. We actively work on the requirements of our customers, all year round.
  • Choosing us will mean high degree of security. Your information is important to us. You should never worry about that. As a total IT supplier, we are passionate about security. The ISO 27001 Information Security certification was therefore a matter of course that we had to work towards - and which we are working hard to continue. This standard gives us guidelines for everything from establishment to implementation and operation to maintenance and evaluation. We work to ensure that all information reaches the right recipient every time and is confidential. Our handling of information must be precise and on the right side of the law, always. And the information must naturally be available, but secure, regardless of who will have access to it.
  • Choosing us will mean a greener IT everyday life. Yes, we know. Many people throw the word around every day, but we have a certification and a standard for how we work with the environment Braathe, namely ISO 14001 Environmental management.   • Choosing us will mean trygge employees and workplaces. Our employees must have a good time. We do what we can to ensure that they do, and naturally a certification of our routines around the working environment and HSE is a matter of course. ISO 45001 Safe working environment and HSE shows where our standard lies when it comes to our employees.
