This acquisition is a strategically important expansion to strengthen our national presence. Not only do we get to increase our capacity in central Norway, but we also get a supply of new and exciting contract customers in DOGI IKT.
We are equipped to strengthen and build on the ICT company's customer base. In addition, we can now offer a more complete range of services to new and old customers in that region.
Strengthens our competence
DOGI IKT AS has three skilled employees who have both capacity and expertise in Microsoft services, but also cloud and operational services. These services have become more and more important in all industries and the demand continues to increase.
In this way, we are expanding our service offering and our presence in central Norway. With DOGI IKT on the team, we become an actor with established relationships who will continue to work to strengthen existing customer relationships and build new ones in the region. We call it worry-free IT.
10 offices and more on the team
We can proudly say that after the acquisition we have 10 offices in Norway. You can find them in the following places: Rygge, Oslo, Tromsø, Bodø, Mo i Rana, Harstad, Skien, Kongsberg, Gran and Rissa in Trøndelag.
After the acquisition will Braathe have 185 employees, a turnover of 500 million and have offices in the ten locations mentioned.
The takeover of the business was completed on 03.10.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX and all employees continue to follow the business.
