365 E5 High Security
365 E5 is our most comprehensive user package, with particularly advanced security and traceability functions. This service is particularly suitable for businesses that handle sensitive data or that are subject to special requirements for traceability and documentation.
The solution is based on Microsoft 365 E5, which we supplement with additional security layers and proactive operation. We take responsibility for the service, so that you free up resources and time for core business. This is what we call worry-free IT.
365 E5: What's included from Microsoft?
Microsoft 365 E5 is Microsoft's largest user suite within the 365 ecosystem, and includes tools for productivity, collaboration and security for both corporate data and devices.
Productivity: In Microsoft 365 E5, you get a complete Office 365 installation, which contains well-known applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Included are ongoing updates to new versions, and a license to install the Office suite on up to 5 devices per user.
All users get an email account with up to 100 GB of storage space as standard. Each user gets a personal OneDrive for Business folder with virtually unlimited storage space, in addition to the company getting shared storage space in SharePoint Online. The data is stored in the cloud at Microsoft, which means that it is available across all devices, locations and users as long as you have internet access.
Also unique to the E5 package are several tools that are included, but must be purchased as additional services on other packages. Examples of this include Power BI Pro and Teams Phone.
Interaction: With cloud-based tools such as Microsoft Teams, you can easily interact both internally and with external partners. While you can easily share documents with others, you also have full control over rights and access. This means that you get user-friendly solutions while ensuring security, and the company has full control over its data.
Microsoft 365 includes many collaboration tools that make it easier to plan, manage tasks, share information and make the best possible use of resources. Some good examples are Microsoft To Do, which collects task management from several tools in one window, or SharePoint Online, which can collect both documents, lists and other information in one place with great search tools.
Security: Microsoft 365 E5 has a security level that provides increased protection for the company's data compared to the standard packages (Business Premium or E3). The security level is raised both on the cloud services, the user identity and on clients and mobile devices that will access the company's data.
This includes, among other things, Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 and Plan 2, Azure AD Premium Plan 2 and Defender for Endpoint Plan 2. To meet requirements for documentation and traceability, there are advanced tools for searching for data, extended audit logs and more.

We activate extended security and adapts the security level according to ongoing threat assessments, beyond that of Microsoft as standard offers. Our security levels are based, among other things, on recommendations from the National Security Authority.

Seamless integration with other services
If you have needs beyond Microsoft 365, we can deliver this as an extension to 365 Workplace. Good examples are professional applications such as Visma or special solutions that require dedicated server solutions. We integrate and deliver everything as a unified service for a seamless user experiencelook with one responsible supplier to deal with.

We help manage your Office 365 installation at Microsoft, with up to 30 minutes per inquiry. This ensures that all changes made are carried out correctly, and that the number of users who have administrator access to Office 365 is kept to a minimum.

You get free assistance and advice when buying licenses, and we assist you if you get a license audit from Microsoft. Licensing can potentially constitute large costs, and then it is valuable to get help with licensing correctly.
