What is included from Microsoft?
Microsoft 365 Business Premium is a complete service from Microsoft for companies with up to 300 users, which takes care of the needs for productivity, interaction and security both for the company's data and devices.
Productivity: In Microsoft 365 Business Premium, you get a complete Office 365 installation, which contains well-known applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Included are ongoing updates to new versions, and a license to install the Office suite on up to 5 devices per user. You don't have to think about separate licenses for individual PCs or different versions on different devices.
All users each get their own e-mail account with the company's name, with up to 50 GB of storage space as standard. This can be synchronized to smartphones and tablets, in addition to PC or Mac. Each user gets a personal OneDrive for Business folder with up to 1 TB of storage space, in addition to the company getting shared storage space in SharePoint Online. The data is stored in the cloud at Microsoft, which means that it is available across all devices, locations and users as long as you have internet access.
Interaction: With cloud-based tools such as Microsoft Teams, you can easily interact both internally and with external partners. While you can easily share documents with others, you also have full control over rights and access. This means that you get user-friendly solutions while ensuring security, and the company has full control over its data.
Microsoft 365 includes many collaboration tools that make it easier to plan, manage tasks, share information and make the best possible use of resources. Some good examples are Microsoft To Do, which collects task management from several tools in one window, or SharePoint Online, which can collect both documents, lists and other information in one place with great search tools.
