Family IT expert

The last time we spoke to Petter, he told us about an interest in IT from a fairly young age, and that he has been a family IT expert for a few years already. To us, it sounds like he's in the right place!

Until now, he has worked mostly with IT on assignments and support work with our colleagues. Here he has been introduced to how to set up the PCs we rent out through ours DaaS service, and he has learned more about how various parts work. On top of all this, customer management and customer service have also become part of the learning process. Something Petter himself points out is very important. Here we completely agree!

We check in with Petter

Despite a busy Thursday, we had a chat with Petter, and we got to know more about both lately, what has surprised him the most and what he thinks has been the most fun to be a part of. Here are some of the answers we got:

The time at Braathe so far has been super fun. I have learned a lot so far and will learn a lot in the future as well.

Braathe

How has time been with us so far, Petter?

- The time at Braathe so far has been super fun. I have learned a lot so far and will learn a lot in the future as well. I have also been allowed to go out on missions. I have been there with the IT people Stian and Andreas who follow me up.

Is there anything that has surprised you since you started with us?

- What has surprised me the most is that Braathe have someone who can do almost anything for a specific thing. So there is much more collaboration than I expected within the company.

What do you think is the most fun so far?

- The most fun so far is actually to be on assignment. Then I have had several good conversations with colleagues and they learn a lot along the way. The other day, for example, I received proper training in how to troubleshoot in a good way. Never a boring day on a mission!

Braathe- tricks come home

The last time we talked, you mentioned that you hoped some tricks could be taken home to your friends that you build PCs with. Has there been any, or?

- I have brought a lot home to friends. I have included why it is important to have a good system so it is easy to find things. This applies to both reality and the PC world. I have also included how to troubleshoot in a proper way and find out how to fix it quickly. So I shared this with my construction team.

Finally, Petter mentions that he appreciates the good mood of people, and the fact that you can talk to everyone: - I think Thursdays are the best day of the week! It is both a fun and good place to work with you.

Fun to have you on the team, Petter!
