About Managed Web

Managed Web is a modern web server service where technical operation and administration of the platform is included. The service includes the necessary licenses, technical support, user support, administration and free technical troubleshooting.

General terms

The service is provided under the applicable General Terms and Conditions as published on the Supplier's website. If there is a conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and this Service Description, this Service Description takes precedence.

Other Conditions

Support for the Service is provided in accordance with the terms of the Supplier's current Service description "Support" as published on the Supplier's website.

Establish a new business

The service is charged with 1 month's subscription fee for establishing a basic service and ordered additional services. The service is invoiced from the time of establishment.

Operation and support

  • Free error correction in the event of technical incidents (Incidents)
  • Free support for all requests up to 30 minutes per case
  • Access 24/7 security telephone according to conditions

Additional Services

Extra storage space

Extra disk space can be purchased in packages of 10 GB up to a total of 50 GB max.

e-Commerce solution

The Supplier installs the Woo Commerce plug-in to enable e-commerce functions in the Customer's website. The supplier provides technical support for the Woo-Commerce plug-in itself and the functionality built into it.

Migration package for existing content

Standard migration package for existing content can be ordered. Up to 25 hours of migration work is included in the package. This covers i.a. the following tasks:

  • Migration of web content from existing website
  • Theme setup and customizations
  • Review, clarifications and correspondence with the end customer
  • Adjustments after customer audits
  • Testing/Debugging/Debugging

It is possible to get a Web solution up and running within this time frame, but you will not always be able to cover every customer's wishes and needs in such a migration package. Time consumption in excess of 25 hours is therefore charged according to ordinary conditions for consultancy services, if further adaptation is desired. If the Migration Package is ordered, no basic monthly amount will be charged for operating the service before the solution is put into production by redirecting domain names. Migration package is invoiced when ordering.

The service does not include domain hosting. The supplier can supply domain hosting as an additional service and recommends this to ensure easier operation and administration.

Prices and invoicing

The current service price is indicated on the Supplier's website. The service is charged as follows:

  • Monthly basic amount according to the current price list
  • Monthly price for additional data beyond what is included
  • Any monthly amounts for additional services that the Customer uses

The invoicing period is 3 months at a time and is invoiced 1 month within the started 3-month period.

Termination and Termination

The service can be terminated with effect from the end of the following invoice period. Termination is sent in writing to sales@braathe.Well.

The service is terminated at the end of the customer's last invoice period.

The customer's systems and data will be able to be restored up to 14 days after termination, after which the data is permanently deleted from the Supplier's systems.

Technical drift Technical operation, administration and troubleshooting of the Web server platform and technical infrastructure is included.

Security updates Installation of Security Updates is included. Performed automatically no later than 14 days after they are available from the manufacturer.
Technical and feature updates Installation of technical and functional updates is included and is carried out in the service window between 21:00 on the last Thursday of each month and until 06:00 the following Friday
Backup Daily backup of the customer's setup and data is included
Backup History The provider saves the last 14 daily backups
Surveillance Technical infrastructure is monitored with notification to the Supplier.

The customer's landing page is monitored for standard http health every 5 minutes from the Supplier's usual monitoring system with logging to the Supplier

High availability The service is operated on a high-performance HA Cluster and is thus protected against errors in individual components.
Redundancy The service is Redundant, an updated secondary copy can be started in the event of a failure in the primary solution
RPO 24 hours in the event of a technical breakdown. 48 hours in the event of a disaster in the Supplier's primary Data Centre
RTO 6 hours valid 24/7 in the event of a technical breakdown. 72 hours in the event of a disaster in the Supplier's primary Data Centre
Error correction Error correction may result in the rollback of the last functional backup.
Uptime expectation 99,7%
Uptime criterion The customer's main landing page responds with http/200 OK from the Supplier's monitoring point
Calculation period for Expected Uptime 24/7 calculated per quarter. Downtime in the service window is not included in the calculation period.

Restrictions and reservations

Provider's supported modules and Plug-ins:

  • WordPress
  • Elementor Pro
  • Croco Jet Plugins
  • Woo Commerce

The supplier must have good expertise in supported modules. For other modules and plug-ins, support is provided on a "best-effort" basis.

Correction of errors during upgrade

Work with error correction when the customer's web does not comply with the manufacturer's requirements for functionality when upgrading the included technical platform is not included.

Other plug-ins and modules

The Supplier can approve additional WordPress Plug-ins at the request of the Customer. Unapproved plug-ins may be removed from the Customer's website if these affect the Supplier's platform or deliveries.

Other reservations and limitations

Migration package does not apply to online store implementations.

User support for payment solutions and other integrations with e-Trade is carried out according to the "Best Effort" principle.
