Service description for Managed Web
Service description valid from February 2023.
Managed Web is a modern web server service where technical operation and administration of the platform is included. The service includes the necessary licenses, technical support, user support, administration and free technical troubleshooting.
The service is provided under the applicable General Terms and Conditions as published on the Supplier's website. If there is a conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and this Service Description, this Service Description takes precedence.
Support for the Service is provided in accordance with the terms of the Supplier's current Service description "Support" as published on the Supplier's website.
The service is charged with 1 month's subscription fee for establishing a basic service and ordered additional services. The service is invoiced from the time of establishment.

Extra disk space can be purchased in packages of 10 GB up to a total of 50 GB max.
The Supplier installs the Woo Commerce plug-in to enable e-commerce functions in the Customer's website. The supplier provides technical support for the Woo-Commerce plug-in itself and the functionality built into it.
Standard migration package for existing content can be ordered. Up to 25 hours of migration work is included in the package. This covers i.a. the following tasks:
It is possible to get a Web solution up and running within this time frame, but you will not always be able to cover every customer's wishes and needs in such a migration package. Time consumption in excess of 25 hours is therefore charged according to ordinary conditions for consultancy services, if further adaptation is desired. If the Migration Package is ordered, no basic monthly amount will be charged for operating the service before the solution is put into production by redirecting domain names. Migration package is invoiced when ordering.
The service does not include domain hosting. The supplier can supply domain hosting as an additional service and recommends this to ensure easier operation and administration.
The current service price is indicated on the Supplier's website. The service is charged as follows:
The invoicing period is 3 months at a time and is invoiced 1 month within the started 3-month period.
The service can be terminated with effect from the end of the following invoice period. Termination is sent in writing to sales@braathe.Well.
The service is terminated at the end of the customer's last invoice period.
The customer's systems and data will be able to be restored up to 14 days after termination, after which the data is permanently deleted from the Supplier's systems.

Provider's supported modules and Plug-ins:
The supplier must have good expertise in supported modules. For other modules and plug-ins, support is provided on a "best-effort" basis.
Work with error correction when the customer's web does not comply with the manufacturer's requirements for functionality when upgrading the included technical platform is not included.
The Supplier can approve additional WordPress Plug-ins at the request of the Customer. Unapproved plug-ins may be removed from the Customer's website if these affect the Supplier's platform or deliveries.
Migration package does not apply to online store implementations.
User support for payment solutions and other integrations with e-Trade is carried out according to the "Best Effort" principle.
