Even the fixture you dreamed of may have to be adjusted to keep it within the standard package. Flexibility and dynamic adaptation are therefore not always an important keyword here. What the standard can give you, on the other hand, is a system that requires little work before you can introduce it in the organisation. In addition, there are few decisions you have to make.
